1. How long does shipping take ?

*Please note business days are Monday-Friday not including weekends or holidays *

Shipping depends on the item that is purchased but normally take 1-7 days ( Shipping does not include in processing time) .

2. How long is processing time ? 

Processing time normally takes 1-2 business days .

3. Do all items undergo processing time?

Yes all items go through processing time if not all items most  items do .

4. How do I choose my size ?

Take your measurements and compare them to our size charts .

5. Do you restock sold out items ?

Most likely I will restock sold out items unless I choose to remove the item from my collection .

6. Can I get a refund ?

No we do not offer refunds under any circumstances all sales are final .

7. When can I track my package ?

Once your order is shipped you will receive tracking information via email or text .

8. What do I do if I entered the wrong address , email or information ?

It's important that you contact us via email or direct message so your information can be updated .

9. What items can't be returned to be exchanged ?

 NaDior Collection fur slides can't be returned to be exchanged . That is why it's important for you take your measurements and compare them to our shoe size charts .

10.What is a pre-order item ?

Pre-order means the item is not in stock at the moment .

11.How will I know if the item has to be pre-ordered ?

It will be listed in the email if it has to be pre-ordered . For instance fur slides have to be pre-ordered unless I have the slides you desire in stock .

12 . Why can't  fur slides  be returned to be exchanged ?

Slides are made to order and are brung  in limited quantities . So that is why we do not allow returns on fur slides under any circumstances .

13. How long will items be on pre-order ?

Items that are pre-order take 2-3 weeks to get to me .

14 . Do you offer delivery for customers that is local ?

Yes I do offer delivery with a delivery fee .
