Refunds :

All sales are final we do not offer any refunds under any circumstances .

Exchanges :

1. Items must be returned to be exchanged within 7-15 days of receiving your order .

2.Items must be unworn and unwashed in order to be eligible to be exchanged .

3. No shoes from NaDior Collection can be returned to be exchanged under any circumstances . So when purchasing fur slides from NaDior Collection take your measurements and compare them to our slides size charts  to make sure they are accurate.

4. Returns must be made at your own expense we do not offer free return services .

Shipping :

* Please note that business days are Monday-Friday not including weekends or holidays *

Shipping depends on the item that is purchased but normally take 1-7 business days . (Shipping does not include processing time ) .

Processing time is the time we need to prepare your order :

Processing time is 1-2 days .

Please note that these time frames are estimations and won't always be accurate .

Receiving Time : Processing time + Shipping Time

Processing Time : Between 1-2 business days 

Shipping Time : Between 1-7 business days .

Contact the delivery carrier if you have any of these problems :

1. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and it wasn't .

2. If you receive your package from the delivery carrier and it is damaged .
